In 2018, Richard held several three-day teaching and training conferences for rural pastors and leaders. God moved mightily in the hearts and lives of these Christian leaders and we saw great miracles of healing, reconciliation, and forgiveness! It was an historic event for over 1,000 pastors to be gathered together in one place.

Each leader was given a Greater Works digital tablet, a powerful ministry resource tool they can use. It’s reported that 60-85% of ministry leaders worldwide have never had formal Bible training. The tablets contain hundreds of hours of audio and video teachings, and thousands of pages of Oral Roberts Ministries’ publications (some of which have already been translated into the Telugu language—the chief language in that region of India). Another pastors conference is scheduled for 2019! This is an incredible opportunity to equip and train more pastors to move in the gifts of the Holy Spirit and believe for greater outreaches in their villages and surrounding communities. 300 pastors came from all across Ghana in March 2017 for a three-day minister’s conference in Potter’s City. Richard taught them the biblical principles which have sustained the Oral Roberts Ministries for over 60 years. Every pastor was prayed for, gifted with a Greater Works digital tablet, and charged to go and do the Greater Works Jesus spoke of in John 14:12!

We extended our Greater Works outreach to the remote arctic region of Nunavut in September 2017. Partnering with Bill Prankard Ministries’ Arctic Hope Project, led by Steven Carleton, Inuit pastors were able to attend two days of training and ministry. Some traveled from very remote areas, as far as 500 miles away. With the help of the resources available on our Greater Works digital tablets, the pastors reported that there has been a change in the lives of the teens.

In an area with some of the highest suicide rates in the world, they are now speaking hope and life over each other! It’s been a powerful transformation!
